But, unfortunately, the paralyzing force of worry does arise in our life and undermines the harmony of our relationships, health, job performance and overall well-being. But the solution for breaking free from the cycle of worry is within reach.
In this two-part workshop, we will learn how to use our breath, simple acupressure points, and meditation to transform and open the worried, anxious mind to reveal the precious pearl of awareness hidden within us. Illumined with wisdom, ease, and contentment, we will flow through the changes and challenges of life.
